Onboarding

Let's build your IDX website.

Seven short steps, about five minutes. Only the basics are required; anything you skip, Austin will collect on your kickoff call.

Step 1 of 7 Design

Fields marked * are required. Everything else is optional, Austin fills the gaps on your kickoff call.

Design

Pick the look and feel. Austin builds your palette and logo from these choices, no design skills needed.

Color palette * Your site's colors. The Austin's IDX Combinator palette, a blue and aqua signature look, is selected by default.

None quite right? Browse more on Coolors, then paste your palette link.

Your logo Pick one. Most agents let Austin design a fresh mark, no logo of your own needed.
Austin designs an original mark for you.

Upload your headshot and Austin builds a clean logo lockup from it, like this:

Example headshot logo lockup: a circular headshot beside the brand name and a tagline
Example from Austin's own site.
Popular for solo agents; usually not a fit for teams, since a headshot represents one person.
Austin also builds a matching square icon for your favicon and browser tab, so the style references below still help him match your look.
Optional: pick up to three logo styles you like (first click is #1). Austin uses them as taste direction for your mark and the square favicon icon. Every mark is original. Scroll the grid to browse all 158.

No logos picked yet. Pick up to 3.

Professional headshot Skip it for now if you like. Your headshot appears on your bio and agent card, and you can send it anytime before launch.
Your custom drone hero video Included in your subscription. Austin personally shoots and produces a custom aerial hero video for your site. Tell him what to feature.
Example: the drone hero on Austin's own site.
Your area & newsletter

Where you work, and what your weekly newsletter covers. This shapes your featured listings, your area pages, and what gets written about each week.

Where you work Only the dominant city is required. Everything here anchors your featured listings and becomes area pages on your site.
Other areas you serve The additional towns and cities you cover beyond your dominant city. These become area pages on your site and expand your featured-listing coverage. Add up to five. 0 of 5 areas added.
Your community newsletter Recommended, and included. Once a week an AI agent researches your area and writes one piece about what is happening locally. It publishes to your site as a blog post and goes out as an email newsletter to everyone who signed up on your website. It links to and cites official local sources, and automatically sticks to safe, neutral topics (no market predictions, no hard news). Pick what it should cover below, or opt out anytime.
Topics to cover Local real estate is on by default. Pick up to six that fit your market; they shape what each week's newsletter is built around. Austin fine-tunes the mix with you on your kickoff call. 1 of 6 topics picked.
Identity & licensing

Who you are and who you hang your license with. Required for MLS compliance.

Are you an active Stellar MLS member? *

Heads up: Austin's IDX Combinator currently serves Stellar MLS only (Central & West Florida). If you're on Miami MLS, BeachesMLS, or an MLS outside Florida, it isn't a fit yet: the platform can't pull your listing data today. You're welcome to finish this form anyway: Austin will reach out and let you know the timeline for adding your MLS. Prefer to talk first? Call or text 863-529-3611.

Your broker signs the MLS Grid data license that powers your site: Austin sends them the agreement, and it takes minutes.

Is this site for you or a team? *
Team members Add each agent on the team. You can add headshots and bios for each member later.

Contact & lead routing

Where buyers reach you, and where your leads and reports go.

OK for clients to text that number?
Your domain

Every site runs on its own domain. No subdomains on someone else's platform.

How do you want to handle your domain?
Using your own domain works. But a standard domain is included in your subscription, so if you'd rather skip the transfer entirely, just choose “Have Austin register a fresh one” at the top of this step, it's the easiest path.
How would you like to hand off your domain?

Invite austin@austinsidxcombinator.com as a delegate, one time, no password shared:

  • GoDaddy: Account Settings → Delegate Access → Invite to Access
  • Cloudflare: Manage Account → Members → Invite
  • Google Domains / Squarespace: your domain → Permissions, add a person
  • No delegate option at your registrar? Pick the quick call instead.
Easiest option: a standard domain is included in your subscription at no extra cost. Austin registers it for you through Cloudflare, and you can move it to your own account down the road (new domains have a standard 60-day transfer window).
How many mailboxes?
+$5/mo

A real Outlook mailbox at your own domain (50 GB) with webmail, calendar, and contacts. Free email forwarding is included in your subscription either way. This is the upgrade to a real, dedicated mailbox.

Final details

All optional. Anything here makes your launch day smoother.

About you or your team Austin turns this into your website bio. Solo agent or team lead, a few bullets is all he needs.
Review

One last look before it goes to Austin. Anything blank, he collects on your kickoff call.
