Austin's IDX Combinator ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website austinsidxcombinator.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Contact information you provide through our contact form: name, email address, phone number, and message content.
- Usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL. This data is collected through the server logs of our hosting provider, Netlify.
- Advertising and analytics data collected through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel: pages you view on our site, actions such as submitting our contact or Get Started forms, and technical details like your browser, device, and a Meta cookie identifier. See "Cookies and Tracking" below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer service
- Set up and manage your IDX website subscription
- Send you information about your account or service updates
- Improve our website and services
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do share limited website-activity data with Meta through the Meta Pixel, as described below, so we can measure and target our advertising; we do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and Tracking
Our marketing site (austinsidxcombinator.com) uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to understand which pages and actions lead to inquiries, and to build audiences for our ads. The pixel sets cookies and reports back to Meta the pages you view and events such as submitting our contact or Get Started forms, along with technical data like your browser and device. This information is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own Data Policy. You can limit this in your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences. Aside from the Meta Pixel we do not run other advertising trackers such as Google Analytics.
One note: our homepage embeds a live demo of austinmundayrealestate.com. That embedded site is a separate product and may set its own cookies (for example, if you sign in to it); its own privacy practices apply to anything you do inside the demo.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Netlify. When you submit the contact form, your information is processed and stored by Netlify Forms. Netlify's privacy policy governs how they handle data on their infrastructure. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and audience building, which shares website-activity data with Meta Platforms, Inc. as described in "Cookies and Tracking" above.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Withdraw consent for data processing
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
